some improvement

you know I keep checking back this blog of mine (for I have two) and I am surprised to find that the number of comments do not increase after a time. It makes me wonder.
Then I realize I have not written a new entry, that is the reason for not receiving new comments.
Silence in my part is answered by silence from the readers. Quite reasonable, isn't it?
Oh, how dull I can be sometimes....

Well, about the improvements!

I have started outlining.

This is my first time here, but I will be back to see what you post. I have been posting for a few months and the comments come and go.

Sometimes, it seems if you do not visit them, they do not come back... I think, by doing that we all miss out.

SzélsőFa,

I found your blog through Charles's blog, razored zen. You are very brave to be writing a novel in a language that is not your first (I'm assuming your first is Magyar). Best of luck with your writing project.

Hello inside our hand, outside our hearts,

(is this the proper way to address you, btw? - just wondering here...)

I do think we have met in one of the blogs I frequently visit. I don't have a great memory, I'm sorry, but I tend to believe I have visited your site as well. If this is not the case I am bound to do this now.

It is true that a relationship between two bloggers should be maintained by both sides. Visiting each other's sites means a continuous interest in what the other has to say.
One can miss a lot if one lets someone slip away...

Steve,

hi! I think I've visited you and read one of the entries. It was about starting-middle piece of-ending a paragraph, and a story. I liked it, but unfortunately I did not left a comment on your site. I wrote my opinion on Charles's blog.
Re: magyar. Yes it is my first one.
Re: writing in English. It is a bravery that borders stupidity.
I write it in English b/c although I've started my other blog in Hungarian, I switched to E., mainly for the sake of friends I met in the blogosphere.
My other blog is at www.szelsofa.blogspot.com
come and see if you have time!

Thank you both for visiting me!

I think making fairly frequent posts and visiting other folks' blogs is critical to getting your own blog noticed. Sometimes, of course, we are overwhelmed with real life and can't do much here in the blogosphere.

Absolutely Charles, plus, this is my second blog...with every ups and downs of it.

I must say I admire your efforts to write in a second language.
And you do it remarkably well.

Ropi,

megnézem hamarosan!

Bernita,

thank you for your kind words of encouragement.

I just dropped in from the Emp Ropi's blog! Haven't had a lot of time to look around and I have to get back to my school work but I like what I see so far!
